IOQM 2025 - A Golden Gateway to Represent India in the International Math Olympiad
If you're a student who loves numbers, puzzles, and problem-solving, here’s your chance to shine at the national level! The Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) 2025 is now open for registrations — and it could be your first step toward representing India at the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO).
What is IOQM?
IOQM is the first of a three-stage journey that selects India’s best math minds for IMO. Students who clear IOQM move on to the Regional Mathematical Olympiad (RMO), then to the Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO), and finally to the International Math Olympiad Training Camp (IMOTC).
The exam will be held on 7th September 2025, and students from Class 8 to 12, born between August 1, 2006 and July 31, 2013, are eligible to apply. The last date to register is 25th July 2025, and the fee is just ?180.
Why Should You Apply?
>> It's one of the most prestigious math competitions in India.
>> Top performers advance to exclusive training camps and may get the honor of representing India internationally.
>> All students scoring above a minimum threshold get certificates — a great addition to your academic profile.
>> Even if you don't win, preparing for IOQM sharpens your problem-solving and logical thinking skills — useful for competitive exams like JEE and beyond!
